StopBac Medical Grade Textile Filters , containing silver nanoparticles with antimicrobial treatment for textile protective masks.
Hydrophobic textile StopBac with antimicrobial treatment – antibacterial effectiveness 99.99 %.
The meltblown fabric is tested and certified to capture particles of 0.1 – 1 μm with an average efficiency of 97 %.
In addition, the textile is modified with a nanolayer of StopBac solution containing silver nanoparticles by using the technology of spray atomization. The silver nanoparticles have got an antimicrobial effect and the StopBac solution itself is tested for activity against bacteria at 99.99% (better efficiency than FFP2).
Silver nanoparticles contribute to lengthen the lifetime of the textile filters. In emergency situations the textile may be sterilized for repeated use, However, sterilization will progressively decrease its functionality of the filtration material.
The modified StopBac fabric, therefore, achieves not only high filtration efficiency, but also contributes preventively to protection against infectious diseases and overall improvement of the hygiene environment.

Textile description:
The particles capture efficiency of the meltblown textile is tested by an independent accredited testing laboratory according to the regulation ČSN EN 149+A1 for particles 20 nm – 2000 nm with the result efficiency 97 % in average.
In addition, the textile is modified with nanolayers of StopBac solution containing silver nanoparticles by using the technology of spray atomization. The silver nanoparticles have got an antimicrobial effect and the StopBac solution itself is tested by an independent accredited testing laboratory for activity against bacteria at 99.99 %.
Silver nanoparticles contribute to lengthen the lifetime of the textile. In emergency situations the textile could be sterilized fora repeated use, although it will progressively decrease its functionality.
